Permissions
Group Permission

At the top of the page a table will show all users that have access to the selected Outlet or Outlet Group. The table is ordered by the date the user was added, from oldest to newest entry.

# Add Users

At the bottom of the table there is a Add New User CTA, once clicked a modal will show. To create a new user basic information must be provided:

  • Full name - Required
  • Email Address - Unique and Required
  • Phone Number
  • Role - Required

The role of the user will determine what permission that user will have. To read about each role continue reading Outlet Users.

Once a user is added a welcome email will be sent to the provided email address where the user must setup a password.

TIP

The link in the email will be valid for 7 days. In case this period has expired, the user can use the password reset form.

# Remove User

To remove a specific user hover over the row in the table and on the right a Trash Can icon will be displayed. Clicking on the icon will bring up a double confirmation modal.

DANGER

When deleted, the user will no longer be a part of the Outlet.
